What facilities do you offer for young children?
Although children are welcome, we do not offer travel cots or high chairs and we request guest to bring their own equipment in this regard.
Are the premises dog friendly?
Yes, the accommodation is dog friendly, but no more than 2 dogs – see T&C for more details.
Is the access reasonable?
The property is located along Hospital Road which narrows as you approach the property. Acess to the property is via two stone pillars which access approximately 3.5m and a single tarmacadam driveway to the front of the property where there is plenty of room to turn a vehicle
What Is The Location and Is It Easy to Find?
The postcode is LD2 3HH – this brings you jsut down from the property. Keep coming up the lane until you reach a widening in the road where there is a grit bin and the entrance to the driveway is denoted by two stone pillars.
Is There Parking At The Property?
Yes there is plenty of parking, but guest are advised that their vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk and the host does not accept any responsibility to any loss or stolen items as well as damage to vehicles or contents.
Are Children Welcome?
Yes, children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times and in accordance with our terms and conditions.
