Booking Terms and Conditons
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once we have received a completed booking and the required
deposit.
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due either before or on arrival by pre-agreement with the host.
If the balance is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the
deposit.
For bookings made within 7 days full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
More than 7 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable, but no other payment is
required.
Less than 7 days before arrival, the full balance remains payable.
We will try to re-let the property and may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
3. Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 3pm
Check-out is by 10am.
Early or late times may be available by prior arrangement.
Failure to adhere to the departure time will result in an additional charge equal to one
nights stay at full price (Bell £175.00 and Woosnam £150.00.)
4. Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed 4 people for Woosnam and 6 people for Bell.
Only guests listed on the booking may stay.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if this is not followed.
5. Care of the Property
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property.
Please leave it clean and tidy.
Damage or missing items may be charged for.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if needed.
6. Pets
Dogs (maximum of 2 per booking) are welcome at Tyn Y Graig.
They must not be left unattended and must be controlled at all times, on leads when
outside of the property, in the grounds, due to our rural location and nearby farms.
Please, be aware that farmers will shoot on sight any dog seen roaming their land
and posing a threat to stock, and are legally within their right to do so. We as the
host have no control over this. Keep them on a lead, keep them safe. Even the
best trained pups can go off on a wander in a new environment.
An additional charge of £10 per dog per night applies.
7. Children
Children must be supervised at all times whilst on site. No liability will be taken on the
part of the host for failure to do so.
8. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if this is not followed.
9. Noise and Behaviour
Please respect neighbours and the local community.
No parties or events without prior discussion with the host.
Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am
We reserve the right to end a stay if necessary, if the above is not adhered to or guests
cause unnecessary nuisance to neighboring properties.
10. Liability
Guests use the property at their own risk.
We are not liable for loss, damage or injury unless caused by our negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control such as severe weather or government
restrictions. We will try to offer alternative dates where possible.
12. Data Protection
Your data will only be used to manage your booking and will not be shared without
consent.

13. Complaints
Please let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue so we can resolve it.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
